InterCAD Support

To all our customers,

 

Welcome to our new Customer Portal. This portal allows you to have greater access and control over your support tickets, and will soon give you access to our knowledge base and important news.

 

To log in a ticket,

(1) Login using your Intercad login and password

(2) click on the Technical Support link in the Main Menu

(3) When new window comes up, click on the tab Submit New Case

(4) Enter the details in the respective fields and click Save

(5) Next a confirmation page comes up and you will then be given your Case Number. This page also allows you to upload or attach any supporting documents or screen shots (max. size 3MB) to assist our support engineers in resolving your issues. (Note: we will soon be providing a link for files above 3MB in size). Add a Note or an Attachment for this purpose, and click on Save when done.
